Manufacturing software Poland — I build AI-powered manufacturing software for industrial plants hands-on. Quoting engines, ERP integrations and shop-floor apps, delivered by one senior engineer.

Manufacturing software Poland — run profitably now, while innovating for the future
My manufacturing software Poland combines connected processes, real-time data pipelines and embedded AI — so your plant scales and responds quickly to disruption.

What manufacturing software Poland delivers for your plant:
- Cut your time to market with AI-assisted design and quoting on historical data.
- Meet customer expectations by personalising solutions and services.
- Improve your customer experience by integrating data across the systems you already run.
- Respond faster and mitigate risk with agile supply networks and factories.
- Make and act on decisions faster using real-time, AI-ready data.
Offer customer-centric solutions and services
I help you increase customer lifetime value and unlock predictable revenue streams by tailoring software around the products, services and after-market work you already sell.
Develop sustainable industrial solutions
I launch the right solutions for your plant faster by digitalising processes, breaking down data silos and designing for manufacturability and sustainability.
Simplify operations across the value network
I connect your processes, automate the boring parts and give you visibility across the supply network — so you respond quickly when supply, demand or disruptions shift.

Applying AI in industrial manufacturing
I share lessons from real Industry 4.0 deployments — what worked, what didn’t, and how to maximise AI impact on your next project.

The value of business AI for industrial manufacturing
Watch how I apply business AI on the shop floor to increase defect-detection rates while cutting inspection costs.
About me
I’m Rafał Szewc — a Senior Software Engineer with over 12 years of hands-on experience building production-grade manufacturing software, which Polish clients trust, including stints inside large enterprise corporations such as SAP.
I design and ship the systems that industrial manufacturers actually use day-to-day: AI quoting engines on top of historical RFQs, ERP connectors (Comarch ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, IFS, Epicor), predictive-maintenance pipelines, and native iOS/Android apps for the shop floor.
No agency layers, no junior handoffs — you talk to the engineer who builds the software. That keeps decisions fast, contracts simple, and the codebase honest.
Highlights
- 12+ years shipping production software
- Experience inside SAP and other enterprise vendors
- AI & ML for manufacturing — quoting, vision, scheduling
- Native iOS (Swift) & Android (Kotlin)
- Backend in Spring Boot, integrated with the major ERPs

Frequently asked questions about my manufacturing software Poland practice
I build an end-to-end set of AI applications for quoting, production planning, predictive maintenance, quality control and supply chain — all integrated with your existing ERP (Comarch ERP, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, IFS or Epicor).
I write native, two-way connectors to Comarch ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor CloudSuite, IFS Cloud and Epicor Kinetic. I also build custom REST, SOAP, OPC UA and file-based integrations when that’s what your stack needs.
I train the AI on your past quotations, BOMs, routings, won/lost deals and material costs, then it proposes a defensible price for new RFQs in seconds — even ones it has never seen before — and keeps learning as more deals close.
I build energy-aware scheduling, embedded circularity in product design and ESG reporting based on real production data — into the same suite, not bolted on top.
